Here is todays watercolor. My friend Guy suggested yesterday that I try mixing it up a little and combining some of my media. So I put a little colored pencil on top of my painting. It was pretty fun but I think the painting looked better before I add the colored pencil. I think I'll have to try some other media ideas and see how that goes.

ReplyDeleteThat was a fun conference and dinner. We need everybody to get together like that more often. It was also nice to visit with you and look at your work.
This is lovely! I can't vouch for what it looked like before, but I really love the addition of colored pencil--and I like that it's limited to the one stalk in the foreground. Really nice colors here!
